Job Description

A Meta & Google Ads Specialist with 8-12 years of experience is a senior role responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns across both platforms to drive business objectives like brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This involves strategic planning, budget management, advanced data analysis, A/B testing, and using platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to improve ROI, with responsibilities extending to cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and staying current on industry trends. Key responsibilities

Campaign strategy and management

: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns, including setting up, managing, and scaling campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Budget and ROI optimization

: Oversee significant ad budgets, manage bids effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) across platforms, and analyze performance to ensure cost-efficiency.

Data analysis and reporting

: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.

Creative and A/B testing

: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and implement rigorous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and placements to continuously improve campaign performance.

Platform-specific expertise

: Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and utilize advanced features within Meta Ads Manager, such as Product Catalog and Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs).

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work closely with other marketing teams, sales, and operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving business goals.

Mentorship and leadership

: Potentially guide junior team members and contribute to pitches and new productization initiatives.
Qualifications

Experience

: A minimum of 8 years of experience managing high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of success.

Platform proficiency

: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Analytical skills

: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Creativity

: Ability to think creatively and develop compelling ad content.

Communication

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Certifications

: Google Ads certifications and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly advantageous.

Education

: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
