Orphic Solution is seeking a results-driven Ads Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for running effective ad campaigns to drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Conduct keyword and audience research for targeted advertising.

Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Create engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy.

Track conversions and generate regular performance reports.

Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.

Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads interface.

Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and meet campaign goals.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lead generation and retargeting campaigns.

Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva) for ad creatives.

Understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
