Role Overview

We are seeking a

Performance Marketing Expert

who specializes in Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, analyzing market trends, planning strategies, and executing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the team to enhance brand awareness and revenue through optimized digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

.

Market Research & Planning:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities within the healthcare apparel e-commerce sector.

Data Analysis:

Utilize marketing analytics tools to track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and generate actionable reports to improve ROI.

Sales & Strategy:

Drive sales initiatives and optimize marketing funnels to enhance revenue and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Collaboration:

Work with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals and brand identity.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years of proven experience managing

Facebook/Meta Ads

AND

Google Ads

(Required).

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in performance marketing and e-commerce marketing is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and platforms.

Core Competencies:

Strong ability in market planning, research, and data interpretation.

Location:

Must be willing to work

on-site in Vadodara
