We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Meta and Google Ads Expert with over two years of experience to join our team and help us scale our clients' campaigns to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
Tailor advertising strategies for international markets, adapting messaging and targeting for different regions.
Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Design and implement campaigns focused on lead generation, driving quality conversions across various industries.
Leverage data analytics to assess, refine, and improve the customer journey, ensuring maximum lead capture and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Account Management:
Manage and optimize multiple client accounts, ensuring their objectives are met on time and within budget.
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for campaign improvements, budget allocation, and creative adjustments.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives and landing pages align with campaign goals.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business goals, providing clear insights and recommendations for campaign growth.
Requirements:
Over 2 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns, specifically in lead generation and conversion-focused strategies.
Proven track record of driving high-quality leads and conversions in international markets.
Deep understanding of ad platforms' tools, metrics, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of additional ad platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Ability to work in multiple languages is a plus.
