Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven digital advertising expert with proven experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing and a track record of improving ROI through strategic ad planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI Implement conversion tracking and attribution strategies Report regularly on KPIs, performance metrics, and growth opportunities Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms Proven ability to manage 5-figure+ monthly ad budgets Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio Deep knowledge of campaign types (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook Conversions, etc.) Experience with A/B testing and CRO best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills [Optional: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications]
