We are seeking a

results-driven Meta & Google Ads Expert

with

2+ years of hands-on experience

in managing paid advertising campaigns for

lead generation and eCommerce businesses

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a

digital marketing agency

and be skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing high-performance ad campaigns across

Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads platforms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage

Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

campaigns Handle

Google Ads campaigns

including

Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max

Manage paid campaigns for

lead generation and eCommerce clients

Perform

audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization

Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, bids, and creatives Conduct

A/B testing

on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages Track conversions, ROAS, CPL, and other key performance metrics Prepare

performance reports

and share insights with clients/internal teams Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for ad creatives and landing pages

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in

Meta and Google Ads management

Strong hands-on experience in

lead generation and eCommerce advertising

Proven experience with

Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)

In-depth knowledge of

Google Ads

including

Display, Shopping, and Performance Max

Understanding of

conversion tracking, pixels, and GA4

Experience working in a

digital marketing agency (preferred)

Strong analytical and optimization skills

Preferred Candidate:

Delhi-based candidates preferred

Must be willing to

work from office (Dwarka location)

Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
