The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Meta Business Suite, conversion tracking, and ROI-driven ad strategies. You'll play a key role in scaling campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and direct sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Develop paid media strategies aligned with client objectives (traffic, leads, purchases).
Create ad sets with precise audience targeting, interests, and custom/lookalike audiences.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and event tracking.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and ad placements to improve performance.
Analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager and create detailed performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop ad creatives and messaging.
Keep up with Meta algorithm updates, platform changes, and industry best practices.
Ensure campaigns follow Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.
