Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)

.

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective campaign reach.

Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.

Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

Track conversion metrics and implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.

Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure timely delivery of campaign goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in running

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns.

Strong understanding of

CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking

.

Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Ads Manager

,

Meta Ads Manager

, and

Google Analytics

.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience with

E-commerce

.

Knowledge of SEO and remarketing strategies.

Certification in

Google Ads

or

Meta Blueprint

.
