Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta's Audience Network. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, and conversion rate. Perform audience research and build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and copy. Track and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and adjust campaigns accordingly. Stay updated with Meta's advertising policies, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.
