We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in scaling D2C brands. Our focus is on driving measurable growth through performance-driven strategies across digital platforms. We're looking for a Meta Ads Strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that deliver ROI and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
for D2C brands.
Conduct
audience research, segmentation, and targeting
to maximize campaign performance.
Create and test different ad creatives, copies, and formats in collaboration with the creative team.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc.).
Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum ROI and budget utilization.
Stay updated with Meta's algorithm updates, policies, and best practices.
A/B test landing pages, funnels, and ad sets to improve conversion rates.
Provide
weekly & monthly performance reports
and actionable insights to clients.
Work closely with the strategy team to align ad campaigns with overall brand goals (scaling, retargeting, retention).
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in
Meta Ads Management
(agency/D2C brand background preferred).
Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns for
E-commerce/D2C brands
.
Strong understanding of
performance marketing metrics
(CAC, ROAS, AOV, CLTV).
Hands-on experience with
Meta Business Manager, Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Events Manager
.
Knowledge of funnel building (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and retargeting strategies.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
