About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with over 4 years of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Meta Business Suite, audience targeting, conversion tracking, creative strategy, and ROI-focused campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:



? Strategize, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

? Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to create effective targeting strategies.

? Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for visuals and video content.

? Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

? A/B test ad creatives, copy, placements, and audience segments to identify top performers.

? Set up and manage events, pixels, and conversions through Meta Events Manager.

? Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

? Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to align ad strategies with business goals.

? Stay updated on Meta platform changes, trends, policies, and ad formats. Required Skills & Qualifications:

? 4+ years of proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

? Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Audience Insights.

? Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

? Experience with Pixel setup, standard/custom events, and conversion API implementation.

? Deep understanding of ad funnels, remarketing strategies, and attribution models.

? Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns while maintaining performance metrics.

? Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.

? Meta Blueprint Certification(s) preferred. Nice to Have:

? Experience with dynamic product ads (DPA) and catalog setup (for eCommerce).

? Knowledge of other platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

? Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).

? Experience working in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento environments.

? Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
