Job Description

Accelaronix is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), delivering consistent results and optimizing performance for maximum ROI.

You'll be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing paid campaigns across Meta channels to help our clients achieve their marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients. Develop effective performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to enhance performance. Implement and manage tracking pixels, events, and conversion APIs for accurate data measurement. Collaborate with internal teams for creative development and landing page optimization. Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns. Proven success handling large ad budgets and achieving performance targets. Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and analytics tools. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience across multiple industries or agency environments. Knowledge of additional ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent credentials.
