We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven

Meta Ads Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising strategies that directly drive website sales and revenue growth. This role focuses on managing high-converting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, improving product visibility, maximizing conversions, and ensuring a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage

sales-focused Meta ad campaigns

across Facebook and Instagram to increase website purchases. Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROAS and conversion rates. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools, ensuring ROI, sales targets, and KPIs are consistently met. Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to create persuasive ad creatives and messaging that drive traffic with purchase intent. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for increasing online sales. Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience managing

Meta advertising campaigns

with a strong focus on sales and performance marketing. Strong knowledge of audience targeting, ad optimization, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns. Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking. Excellent communication, creativity, analytical skills, and a
