About the Role
We are looking for a
Meta Ads Specialist
with hands-on experience in managing
?30 Lakhs+ monthly ad spends
across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of delivering scalable ROI through advanced campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, create, and manage high-budget Meta campaigns (?30L+ monthly).
Conduct in-depth audience research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign structuring.
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and CAC while scaling budgets effectively.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
Analyze campaign data, create actionable reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
Coordinate with the creative/design team to ensure high-converting ad assets.
Stay updated on Meta's latest advertising features, algorithm updates, and compliance policies.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels through Meta Ads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of managing
minimum ?30L monthly spend
on Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of
performance marketing metrics
(ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV).
Hands-on experience with advanced campaign setups (CBO, ABO, Dynamic Ads, Advantage+).
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
D2C / E-commerce brand marketing
.
Familiarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Knowledge of Shopify/WordPress integrations and pixel/event setups.
Experience in scaling performance campaigns across multiple geographies.
