Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage
paid advertising campaigns
on Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct
audience research
and create highly targeted ad sets based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
Optimize campaigns for
CTR, engagement, conversions, and ROAS
.
Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and provide
weekly/monthly performance reports
.
Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and video concepts in collaboration with the design/content team.
Implement
A/B testing
for creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
Stay updated with
Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends
.
Track conversions using
Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and UTM parameters
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall
digital marketing strategy
.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of proven experience as a
Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist
or similar role.
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel tracking
.
Certification in
Meta Blueprint
is a plus.
Experience in
remarketing and lookalike audience targeting
.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
