Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing paid social campaigns that drive ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across all funnel stages.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content, design, and eCommerce/CRM teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns.
Develop and present performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders or clients.
Key Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Familiarity with ad operations, real-time bidding, and audience targeting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate campaign insights effectively
Familiarity with other paid channels (e.g., TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn) is a bonus.
Creative thinking and an eye for high-performing visual content.
