What You'll Do:

Assist in planning, executing & optimizing paid ad campaigns on

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Work on eCommerce brands, focusing on

ROAS

,

AOV

, and

scaling budgets

Analyze ad performance and generate performance reports Conduct audience research & competitor analysis Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and copy direction Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates & new ad formats
Who You Are:

A fresher or up to

1 year of experience

in Meta ads or performance marketing Have a basic understanding of

pixel setup, events, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies

Interested in

D2C e-commerce

and love decoding consumer behavior Strong analytical mindset with a love for numbers and growth Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment and learn fast
