Meta Ads Manager
to help scale our revenue, brand value, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Meta Ads Management & Strategy
Create, manage, and scale ROI-positive Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Plan and implement full-funnel strategies to drive consistent, profitable growth
Continuously test creatives, copy, and audiences to increase ROAS
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and make real-time optimizations
Coordinate with creative and product teams for ad assets and promotions
Performance & Operational Goals
Maintain and increase
daily average order volume
through smart campaign optimization
Reduce RTO (Return to Origin)
by improving targeting, messaging, and checkout flow
Increase
Average Order Value (AOV)
using bundling, upsells, and strategic offers
Work with fulfillment and logistics teams to
maintain a high delivery success rate
Track and optimize funnel metrics to reduce drop-offs and bounce rates
Product & Brand Strategy
Identify and restock
high-ROAS winning products
based on data
Contribute to building a strong, consistent brand across ad platforms
Help evolve long-term paid media strategy that balances growth and retention
Analyze customer behavior and purchase trends to inform future campaigns
What You Need:
2+ years managing
Meta Ads
for eCommerce (bonus if in mobile accessories)
Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel & attribution tools
Deep understanding of eComm funnel optimization and retargeting strategies
Data-first mindset with experience using analytics to drive decisions
Strong ownership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-learner with the ability to multitask and execute under pressure
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with reducing COD RTOs through pre-paid nudges or OTP confirmation flows
Worked with Indian eComm logistics (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)
Experience in AOV improvement via cart optimization or in-cart offers
Knowledge of performance creative frameworks (UGC, testimonials, problem-solution, etc.)
