Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Build and refine audience targeting strategies (custom, lookalike, and retargeting)
Monitor campaign performance and run A/B tests for ad creatives and copies
Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Stay updated with social media advertising trends, tools, and platform policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in Social Media Advertising
Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking
Experience with Facebook Pixel, Events API, and ad analytics tools
Practical knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and remarketing campaigns
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
