Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Implement AI-driven automation for campaign optimization, bidding, targeting, and creatives
Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
Develop and test advanced audience strategies, funnels, and retargeting campaigns
Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to scale performance marketing efforts
Monitor industry trends, Meta policy updates, and AI advancements
Mentor and guide junior performance marketing team members

Required Skills & Qualifications
8-9 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
Strong expertise in AI automation tools and performance optimization
Proven track record of managing large ad spends and scaling campaigns
In-depth understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and analytics tools
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
