Role Overview:

We are looking for

2 passionate and proactive interns

to join our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads team. This internship is ideal for individuals who have

a basic understanding of Meta Ads

and are eager to learn performance marketing in a real-world agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc. Perform audience research and help build custom & lookalike audiences. Coordinate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals. Support in creating reports and insights for active campaigns. Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and platform updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Anyone who are interested for this position Basic knowledge of Meta Ads. Must be familiar with concepts such as campaign structure, audience targeting, and budgeting. Good understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics is a plus. Prior internship or hands-on experience (even in personal projects/freelance) will be considered an advantage. Strong willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing domain. Must be available to work

on-site

at our Gurgaon office.
