About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive

with hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have worked in an

agency environment

for at least one year and possess deep knowledge of

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.)

.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve ROI-driven results for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

. Perform

keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

for campaign setup. Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI. Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better performance. Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest ad trends, policies, and best practices. Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns in an

agency environment

. Strong expertise in

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video/YouTube)

. In-depth knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager

and campaign optimization strategies. Familiarity with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker Studio), UTM tracking

. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred, but not mandatory).
