Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage
Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Setup
Business Manager, Ad Account, Pixel & Conversion Tracking
Create and test
ad creatives (image, video, carousel, reels ads)
Audience research (Custom, Lookalike & Interest-based targeting)
Campaign optimization for
Leads, Sales & Traffic
A/B testing of creatives, copies, and audiences
Monitor daily performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA)
Generate
weekly & monthly performance reports
Handle ad disapprovals, policy issues & scaling strategies
Coordinate with design/content team if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of
funnel strategy & buyer psychology
Knowledge of
Pixel, CAPI & Conversion API
Experience in
Lead Generation & E-commerce Ads
Basic understanding of landing pages & CRO
Ability to analyze data and improve ROI
Familiarity with Meta Ads policies
Good communication & reporting skills
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
Experience with
WhatsApp Ads & Lead Nurturing
Canva / basic creative knowledge
Experience in Indian local & service-based businesses
Knowledge of Google Ads (optional)
