Role Summary:

The Meta Ads Expert is responsible for

designing, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns

across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role ensures effective performance in terms of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta ad campaigns

for maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and refine creatives. Track key metrics like

CAC, ROAS, and conversions

. Provide

weekly performance reports

to the Community Manager and internal teams. Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Business Analyst for campaign alignment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in

Meta Ads management

. Strong understanding of

audience targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics

. Certification in Meta Ads (preferred).About Malkin

Tue-Sat, 10:00-19:00 IST

(Asia/Kolkata). Occasional

Mon/Sat evening

support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
