Role Overview
We are looking for a
results-driven Meta Ads Expert
who has hands-on experience managing and scaling Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a
proven track record of delivering measurable results through strategic ad execution and continuous optimization
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Create and optimize
lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
Research, build, and test
custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences
Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly
Coordinate with design & content teams for high-performing creatives
A/B test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Track and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager & reports
Scale winning campaigns and manage ad budgets effectively
Requirements
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience
in Meta Ads
Proven track record
with performance data or case studies
Strong understanding of
audience targeting, retargeting & ad funnels
Experience with
lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to work
from office (WFO)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Bonus / Plus Points
Experience with
PPC campaigns (Google Ads - Search & Display)
Understanding of landing page optimization & conversion rate improvement
