Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Develop full-funnel advertising strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Create and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, formats)
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and tracking events
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
Analyze data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, features, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Meta Ads with measurable results
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
Knowledge of targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting
Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or local business ads (specify as needed)
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking
Strong communication and reporting skills
