The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of paid social media advertising, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and create detailed targeting strategies.
Develop engaging ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design/content team.
Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools.
Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, and ROAS through bid adjustments, A/B testing, and retargeting.
Implement and manage tracking pixels, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Stay updated with Meta's latest algorithm updates, features, and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
Requirements:
2-4 years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and tracking tools.
Expertise in conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.
Strong creative sense for ad copy, visuals, and formats.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
