Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven

Meta Ads Manager

to plan, execute, and scale high-impact advertising campaigns across

Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, and Technology products

.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in campaign structuring, optimisation, creative strategy, and analytics--focused on generating

high-quality leads, improved ROAS, and consistent growth

. You will collaborate closely with leadership, creative, content, and tech teams to build campaigns that deliver both

performance and brand value

.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimise

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

for lead generation, conversions, and brand growth. Manage complete campaign lifecycle including

audience segmentation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, placements, and retargeting funnels

. Provide creative direction for

ad copies, hooks, thumbnails, static creatives, and UGC concepts

to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates. Monitor campaigns daily, identify performance gaps, and implement quick optimisations. Set up and manage

tracking systems

(Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions API) and coordinate with developers for smooth integration and troubleshooting. Analyse performance data and prepare

weekly and monthly reports

with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Conduct

competitor analysis and trend research

across Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, and Tech verticals. Collaborate with internal teams to improve

landing pages, offers, creatives, and social content alignment

. Ensure

brand consistency and compliance

across all campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-4 years of hands-on experience

managing Meta Ads with measurable performance results. Experience in

Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, E-commerce, or Tech products

is preferred. Strong understanding of

campaign objectives, optimisation methods, pixel events, bidding strategies, and conversion funnels

. Ability to analyse key metrics such as

CTR, CPL, CPM, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models

. Experience running

high-ticket or high-value campaigns

(property leads, travel bookings, hospitality offerings, or SaaS). Solid understanding of

creative strategy for social media ads

. Ability to manage

medium to large budgets

with performance accountability. Strong collaboration skills with creative, content, web, and marketing teams. Portfolio or

case studies demonstrating performance improvements

(preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
