Role Description

Develop, execute, and manage

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

that align with client goals. Conduct

audience research

to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors. Optimize campaigns for

CPC, CTR, reach, and conversion rate

. Create

compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B tests

to improve ROI. Track and report performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights. Stay updated with

Meta's latest advertising tools, trends, and policies

. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

(Master's preferred). Minimum

1-3 years of hands-on experience

in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Proven track record of

running successful ad campaigns

with measurable ROI. Strong understanding of

digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and analytics

. Proficiency in

Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

. Knowledge of

A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization

. Excellent

communication, analytical, and creative thinking

skills. Ability to

manage multiple campaigns

and deliver results under deadlines. Certification in

Meta Ads or Digital Marketing

is an added advantage.

Salary

?10k - ₹15k per month (depending on experience and portfolio)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
