Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist

who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)

campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance. Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, lower CPC, and improved ROI. Monitor daily performance and prepare regular reports on campaign metrics. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with the design/content team to create engaging ad creatives and copies. Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Ensure proper tracking through

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Pixels

. Manage monthly ad budgets effectively and provide recommendations for scaling campaigns.
Requirements

Proven experience in managing

Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

. Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel strategies. Hands-on experience with tools like

Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager

. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
