# Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Meta Ads Management
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor daily ad performance (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and placements.
Generate weekly & monthly performance reports.
3. Creative Coordination
Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives, videos, and content ideas.
Suggest creative improvement ideas based on performance insights.
4. Audience & Market Research
Research industry trends, competitor ads, and new Meta features.
Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based segments.
5. Pixel & Event Tracking
Manage Meta Pixel setup, events tracking, and ensure proper data capture.
Work with developers for tracking issues on landing pages or websites.
6. Lead Management
Track leads, manage CRM integrations, and ensure proper lead quality flow.
Coordinate with sales/clients for feedback and campaign improvements.
7. Budget Handling monthly budgets efficiently and ensure optimized spending.
Scale campaigns strategically based on performance.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of ad metrics & analytics
Experience with lead generation & e-commerce ads
Knowledge of Pixel, Events Manager & basic tracking
Strong analytical & decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Certification in Meta Ads is a plus.
