Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Create ad creatives (images, copy, video ideas) with the design/content team
Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance daily
Conduct A/B testing for ad sets and creatives
Analyze results and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Meta platform policies, trends, and best practices
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of
Facebook Ads Manager
Knowledge of ad formats: Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Engagement, etc.
Ability to analyze ad performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel
Creative thinking and a data-driven mindset
Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Certification in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred)
