Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads campaigns
for Lead Generation and D2C clients
Manage budgets more than
?2 Lakh - ?3 Lakh/month per client
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (
CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA
)
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting
Coordinate with the creative team for high-quality ad assets
Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes
Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest improvement strategies
Requirements:
Agency experience:
1.5 - 2.5 years (currently working in or recently from a digital marketing agency)
Proven track record in managing
Meta Ads for both Lead Generation and D2C brands
Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and budget optimization
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Preferred industry experience:
Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or D2C brands
