Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize

Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

for product sales Develop high-converting ad strategies for

eCommerce and lead generation

Research and target the right audiences (custom, lookalike, retargeting) Write compelling ad copies and coordinate creatives (images/videos) Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and improve ROI Manage daily ad budgets and scaling strategies Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audiences Track conversions using

Meta Pixel

and analytics tools Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and latest trends Collaborate with the marketing and content team
Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as a

Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Specialist

Strong understanding of

Instagram & Facebook Ads Manager

Experience in selling products online (eCommerce preferred) Knowledge of audience targeting, funnels, and retargeting Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports Familiar with Google Analytics and tracking tools Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

eCommerce or D2C brands

Knowledge of ads on other platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) Experience scaling ad campaigns profitably
