Develop and execute Meta Ads strategies aligned with B2B marketing goals and sales objectives.
Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and design effective ad funnels for lead generation.
Research competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
2. Ad Creation & Management
Create, test, and manage multiple ad creatives (images, videos, ad copies, headlines).
Set up campaigns, ad sets, and targeting in Meta Ads Manager.
Ensure ads adhere to Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.
3. Lead Generation & Optimization
Optimize campaigns for lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Work closely with the sales and design teams to align lead-generation goals with business objectives.
4. Tracking & Analytics
Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and event conversions through Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and conversion rate.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
5. Budget Management
Manage and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently.
Monitor spending and performance to ensure maximum ROI.
6. Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate with content, creative, and sales teams for ad copies and creatives.
Collaborate with other digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email campaigns) for integrated marketing efforts.
