Roles & Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution

Strategize and launch

Lead Generation, Sales Conversion, and Brand Awareness

campaigns on Facebook and Instagram Conduct

A/B testing

for creatives, ad copies, and audiences Define and manage

daily/weekly budgets

to meet campaign goals

Optimization & Performance Tracking

Monitor key performance metrics like

CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, ROAS

Optimize campaigns for

maximum ROI and lower cost per result

Set up

Retargeting funnels and Lookalike audience strategies

Identify best-performing ad sets and scale them effectively

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the

Graphic Design and Content Team

to develop high-converting ad creatives and engaging ad copies Suggest

new angles, hooks, and offers

to improve campaign results

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare

daily/weekly performance reports

and share insights with management Track

pixel events, conversion data, and landing page performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years of proven experience

in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Strong command over

Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite

Good understanding of

sales funnels, remarketing, and audience segmentation

Experience in

E-commerce / D2C / Fitness / Supplement industry

is an added advantage Excellent

analytical and strategic thinking

skills Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
