Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for various objectives (awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
Research and define target audiences and campaign strategies.
Develop engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copies.
Monitor daily ad performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
A/B test creatives, placements, and audience segments to optimize ROAS.
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad asset creation.
Prepare weekly reports and performance dashboards.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
(mandatory).
Understanding of campaign structure, pixel tracking, and audience segmentation.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
