Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Develop ad strategies aligned with business goals (leads, sales, traffic, brand awareness)
Create and test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and placements
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure optimal ROI
Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting
Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of hands-on experience
in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of ad funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting
Experience in lead generation and conversion-based campaigns
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance
Good communication and reporting skills
Experience with multiple industries is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce or service-based campaigns
Knowledge of basic graphic/content optimization for ads
Familiarity with tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Conversion API
