We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of audience behavior, ad strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:-
Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns to achieve client objectives.
Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for high-performing results.
Optimize campaigns for ROI and maintain consistent performance improvements.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Stay updated with Meta's advertising policies, trends, and platform updates.
A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting methods to identify best-performing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad relevance and engagement.
Handle budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective ad spending.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns (minimum 1 year).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Knowledge of ad creatives, copy testing, and funnel optimization.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Certification in Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
