Qualification Required
? Any Graduate (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, Mass Communication preferred)
? Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a big plus
? Must have personally managed at least ?50,000-?5 Lakh ad spend on Facebook/Instagram (proof required)
Key Skills
? Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Custom/Lookalike audiences
? Creative testing, CBO, ABO, retargeting
? Basic copywriting for ad headlines
? Google Sheets reporting
Responsibilities
? Launch and optimize 10-30 campaigns daily
? Scale profitable campaigns in the "private banking / unlimited credit" niche
? Achieve minimum 2-4x ROAS on cold traffic
? Daily performance reporting to Team Leader
