to strengthen our customer engagement and conversion channels.

Role Overview

The

Messenger Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for developing and executing customer communication strategies across

WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and SMS

. You will design automated flows, manage campaigns, and ensure that messaging platforms are driving measurable engagement, conversions, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage

WhatsApp, Messenger, and SMS marketing campaigns

to drive engagement and conversions. Create automated chat flows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys. Segment audiences and personalize communication for higher relevance and response. Write engaging, clear, and action-driven copy for conversational marketing. Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, response rate, and conversion rate. Collaborate with sales, product, and performance marketing teams to align messaging with overall growth goals. Stay updated with latest trends and compliance guidelines in conversational and messenger marketing. Manage integrations with CRM and marketing automation tools.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in messenger/WhatsApp marketing, CRM, or digital marketing (freshers with strong knowledge may apply). Strong understanding of conversational marketing tools (e.g.,

ChatRice ,

WhatsApp Business API, ManyChat, Interakt, Twilio, or similar platforms

). Excellent communication skills with the ability to write short, persuasive messages. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and marketing automation. Proficiency in Kannada (spoken & written) is a strong advantage for regional audience engagement. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
