Location: Hajipur, Bihar

Key Responsibilities:

Operation:

Start, stop, and run packaging machinery (like Form-Fill-Seal, pouch machines) to package products according to specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspect products, seals, labels, weights, and codes; identify and remove defects; ensure compliance with quality standards (HACCP, GMP).

Maintenance:

Perform basic preventative maintenance (cleaning, changing blades/rollers) and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Material Handling:

Monitor packaging material levels, load materials, and move finished goods to inventory.

Documentation:

Complete production logs, maintenance reports, and report issues to supervisors.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean workstation (5S), follow all safety regulations (PPE), and participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members, assist colleagues, and participate in training.
Essential Skills & Requirements:

Experience:

Prior experience with packaging machinery, especially Form-Fill-Seal or pouch machines, is often required.

Technical:

Basic troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, understanding of production procedures, and ability to read instructions.

Personal:

Attention to detail, precision, problem-solving, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Education:

High school diploma/GED typically required; forklift license a plus.
