JOB DESCRIPTION MES AX - D365 Functional Tester Hiring Location - Hyderabad/ Bangalore Experience Range - 4 Years+ Responsibilities Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define test objectives, develop test plans, and create test cases based on functional requirements. Test Execution: Execute test cases to verify the functionality of AX/D365 application modules, such as financials, inventory management, sales, procurement, production, etc. This involves documenting test results, identifying defects, and reporting them in a structured manner. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes or enhancements do not introduce unintended issues or break existing functionality. Test Automation: Identify opportunities for test automation and develop automated test scripts using tools like Microsoft\'s Lifecycle Services (LCS), Visual Studio, or third-party testing frameworks. Defect Management: Track and manage defects using a defect tracking system, such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and validate the application\'s functionality against those requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results. This documentation ensures traceability and provides reference material for future testing activities. Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance test processes, methodologies, and tools to improve overall test efficiency and effectiveness. Technical Skills: MES AX - D365 ( Manufacturing domain or Inventory module with Finance knowledge / experience) Data base skills ( SQL 10g / 11g) , MQ , Web services, BPEL, Rules engine, Test management tools like QC / TFS. The candidate should have knowledge on the below technologies : Customizations and integrations (DIXF, Web services and AIF) SQL Server 2016 SSRS, SSIS, SSAS BizTalk 2016, BarTender knowhow .NET, Window OS 2012 Candidate should have exp on below modules. Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing Sales Process and Purchase Process, Transfer orders, Transfer journals, Trade agreements Production control Warehouse management
