- Design and deliver comprehensive MERN Stack courses/modules to students.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions to engage students and facilitate learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their assignments, projects, and code reviews.
- Mentor students in developing strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and understanding of software development methodologies.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in MERN Stack development and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement efforts based on industry feedback and emerging trends.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other institutional initiatives as required.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to their success.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
