Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on, practical training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to students, professionals, or corporate clients. You should have a strong command of full-stack JavaScript development and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and deliver training sessions on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Create course materials, hands-on exercises, and real-time project assignments.

Customize training content to suit different levels of learners (beginner to advanced).

Conduct classroom sessions, online webinars, or one-on-one training as required.

Assess and evaluate learners' progress through assignments, projects, and tests.

Provide post-training support and mentorship.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with the MERN Stack and building real-world web applications.

In-depth knowledge of:

MongoDB (Schema design, aggregation, indexing)

Express.js (Middleware, REST APIs)

React.js (Hooks, Redux, functional components)

Node.js (Asynchronous programming, APIs, package management)

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and modern deployment techniques (Docker, CI/CD, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching is a plus.

Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
