Job Opening: MERN Stack Trainer (Full Stack Developer)

We are looking for an experienced

MERN Stack Trainer

with strong

corporate exposure

and

real-world project experience

from

MNC / reputed IT companies

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and preparing them for real industry roles.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3 years of corporate experience

as a Full Stack Developer Hands-on experience working on

real MNC-level projects

Strong expertise in:

MongoDB

Express.js

React.js

Node.js

Experience with

REST APIs

, authentication, and role-based access Knowledge of

Git/GitHub

, Agile/Scrum workflow Experience in

deployment

(AWS / Azure / Vercel / Netlify is a plus)

Trainer Responsibilities

Deliver

industry-oriented MERN Stack training

Teach

real-time projects

(Admin panel, eCommerce, CRM, etc.) Explain

end-to-end full stack flow

(Frontend ? Backend ? Database) Guide students on: Clean code practices Project architecture Interview preparation Conduct

hands-on sessions, assignments & code reviews

Mentor students for

placements & corporate readiness

Good to Have

Prior

training or mentoring experience

Knowledge of: Next.js TypeScript Docker (basic) Experience in

client handling or production deployments
