Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

MERN Stack Development (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS)

. Teach frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and backend (Node, Express, APIs, Database) concepts. Design structured curriculum, assignments, quizzes, and real-world projects. Provide hands-on guidance in building full-stack applications. Simplify technical concepts for learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and mentor learners individually. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development to enhance training content.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MongoDB

. Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and deployment. Knowledge of Git/GitHub and cloud platforms (AWS, Render, Vercel, etc.) is a plus. Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Certifications in Full Stack / MERN Stack Development (optional but an added advantage).
