MERN Full Stack Faculty - Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

Deliver lectures, hands-on sessions, and workshops on

MERN Stack technologies

:

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS REST APIs, JSON, Git/GitHub, Deployment (Heroku/AWS/Vercel) Train students on

end-to-end web application development

using MERN. Provide

real-world project guidance

and conduct live coding sessions. Ensure that students understand both

front-end and back-end concepts

clearly.

Curriculum Development

Design, update, and maintain

course content, assignments, and projects

. Incorporate

industry-relevant tools, frameworks, and coding practices

. Prepare case studies, coding challenges, and mock interview questions.

Student Engagement & Support

Guide students with

doubt clearing, code reviews, and project mentoring

. Assess student performance through

tests, coding exercises, and assignments

. Provide personalized feedback to help students

improve coding practices

.

Industry & Placement Readiness

Train students on

interview preparation, problem-solving, and best practices

. Share insights into industry trends, project workflows, and real-time use cases. Help students build

GitHub portfolios and deployment-ready projects

.

Administration & Collaboration

Maintain

attendance, progress reports, and evaluation records

. Collaborate with the academic/placement team to align training with

industry requirements

. Participate in

seminars, hackathons, demo sessions, and placement drives

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
