Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

MERN Stack Trainer cum Developer

who can both train aspiring developers and actively contribute to live projects. The ideal candidate should have strong professional experience in

MERN Stack development

and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver

interactive training sessions

on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Mentor students with

hands-on projects

and real-world applications. Contribute to in-house and client

MERN Stack development projects

. Prepare and update training materials, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the

latest industry trends and best practices

.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong professional experience in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. Proficiency in REST APIs, authentication, state management (Redux), and deployment. Experience with

version control systems (Git/GitHub)

. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a

clear and engaging way

. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Minimum

2+ years of professional development experience

in MERN Stack. Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent professional experience.
