Job Title:

MERN Stack Team Lead

Location:

Mohali

Experience:

Minimum 5 years (at least 2 years in team handling)

Notice Period:

Immediate to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and mentor the MERN development team Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure web applications Assign tasks, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth delivery Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and backend teams Troubleshoot performance issues and implement efficient solutions Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions Ensure smooth deployment and maintain project documentation

Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (optional) Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture Experience with React hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture Strong backend knowledge using Node.js & Express Familiarity with database design, optimization & aggregation pipelines Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows Knowledge of performance optimization on both frontend and backend

Nice to Have:

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) CI/CD knowledge Docker basics Experience working in Agile/Scrum setup

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines Problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
